Hollywood Records press release: Jonas Brothers' new album Lines, Vines and Trying Times is scheduled for world wide release June 16. Ramp up kicks off May 8 with the release of first single 'Paranoid.' On May 8, 'Paranoid' will roll out to radio and online worldwide.

The video for 'Paranoid' will be directed by The Malloys, who previously worked with Jonas Brothers on their 'Burnin' Up.' video. They've incorporated horns into several songs, as well as harmonicas and peddle steel guitars. 'Paranoid' is
a guitar driven dance evoking song.

'World War III' is a funk metaphor for a confrontational relationship. Written by Nick Jonas, he asserts, 'This is a personal experience for me. 'World War III' deals with the challenge of a girl who keeps attacking you, provoking you,
trying to fight you, but all the while she's the only one fighting.'

'Fly With Me' which is also the end title credit for the upcoming Night At The Museum 2 film, due in theaters May 22, was written by Jonas Brothers and their bass player Greg Garbowsky, and is sure to become a love song for the ages. On 'Poison Ivy' Jonas Brothers added a horn section.

Rolling Stone described 'Poison Ivy' as a 'Weezer-ish tune about a toxic girl
that you can't resist.' 'Hey Baby' is a classic 'she done him wrong" song written entirely by Jonas Brothers. Nick explains, 'We wrote this song for the last record while on the road and felt the old school sound was more cohesive with our present style.'

Denise Jonas interview with J-14 about her boys. What were the boys like as babies? Oh boy! Kevin wouldn't wake up to eat. He was just so sleepy. And Joe had an adorable face, my husband's grandmother would always say, 'Joseph is too pretty to be a boy.' He used to take the buster and turn it upside down and push it around because he liked the way it sounded.

What's the most mischievous thing they did when they were little? Joseph found these pills and was passing them out to neighborhood kids. He said they were candy! We had to call the poison control and the kids' moms were so upset. I don't think anyone swallowed them. They were just aspirin or something!'

Did the boys ever pick on each other? Kevin used to put Joseph up to stuff and what's really funny is that now I'm just finding stuff out! Kevin was so convincing and we'd always believe him. He would blame Joseph! And Joe couldn't defend himself in a way that was super-outgoing! Nick would never get into trouble. He was a non-mischievous kid.

What kind of girl would you like to see them end up with? I hope they find girls who respects them. I think that a girl has to not be all about herself and has to understand that there are times when there are other priorities.

Jonas Brothers new song 'Pizza Girl' from JONAS. The 'Pizza Girl' Scheana Marie is already taken. She has been dating John Mayer, after meeting in 2008 at the Beverly Hills cigar club Grand Havana Room, where she currently works as a bartender and cocktail waitress.

According to People, 'the couple has spent time together over the past few months. They're enjoying getting to know each other.' Marie starred as Maria, the pizza delivery girl of the Jonas Brothers' dreams on their TV show JONAS.

Universal Records executives went into panic mode when they realized the title of the Jonas Brothers new album 'Lines, Vines And Trying Times' contained a word often linked to cocaine, reports The Sun.

Source revealed: 'Universal only get involved with distribution and promotion when the record is completed. They were stunned staff at Hollywood Records had failed to spot the 'lines' reference.'

They have already begun damage limitation by issuing a statement from Nick explaining the title: 'Lines are something someone feeds you. Vines are things that get in the way and trying times, well, that's obvious.'

From Melody: Today I was at an ANZAC day parade in Sydney, Australia, and I saw Joe Jonas, The Veronicas and John Taylor. They all seemed to be getting along well and I think that The Veronicas were probably getting more recognized than Joe!

I yelled out to him and he smiled and waved! I didn't follow him for pics or an autograph or anything because I'm sure he wanted to just enjoy his vacation.

Nicole Anderson, who plays Macy Misa in JONAS, chatted with Zach Sang on BlogTalkRadio, especially about how Nick and his brothers are kickball fiends: 'They're all super sporty. I thought, okay, they're musicians, they're actors, and then they pull out all these amazing skills at kickball. Once, I hit Nick in the head with the kickball.'

In her spare time, she quilts! And she is planning on teaching Nick Jonas to quilt as well. More sources are starting to confirm that Joe Jonas is indeed in Australia on a pleasure trip with The Veronicas. Photo of John Taylor out with them here. Joe is reportedly in Sydney on vacation and was spotted with The Veronicas.

According to ScandalAnt, the trio spent Wednesday evening dining together
at a North Bondi Italian restaurant on Sydney's eastern beaches and planned to hit Sydney's red-light district. But, when Joe arrived at Kings Cross venue, The Club, he did not accompany the girls for an all-nighter, because of paparazzi.

Joe is in Australia on personal time and is not expected to speak to media. Thursday morning, Joe arrived by ferry at popular tourist attraction, Taronga

called 'love languages' our mom told us about, everybody has there own
love language the way they express their feelings for somebody.'

What's the best love advice you've been given? Nick, 'From my dad. I'm young, so my dating life and my relationships are still in their beginning stages. Part of the journey in life is the learning you do along the way and seeing what happens.'

Kevin Jonas was spotted dancing on tables at a nightclub in the Bahamas, according to Hollyscoop: 'This past week Kevin Jonas from the Jonas Brothers enjoying hearing his music at Aura Nightclub in the Bahamas. The bro-less JB was partying with pals on top of the VIP tables. Seems like he was 'burning up' in the tropical paradise.'

Miley Cyrus officially wants to get back together with her ex-boyfriend
Nick Jonas, according to New York Daily News. Although she's been dating underwear model Justin Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider said that her heart belongs to first love Nick. And the two, who split in 2007, have found it impossible to stay apart from one another.

The source spilled: 'Miley and Nick want to get back together. Because they're working together [on a new video], they've been put in close proximity to each other. They're now spending more and more time together, and they're constantly on the phone.'

When the two get together now they are very affectionate: 'Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick's parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn't stop Nick and Miley from making out.'

The couple is 'very sweet together,' but Miley is having trouble telling Justin.
She even cried about the situation. 'Miley doesn't know how to tell Justin that they're over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He's a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He's being tough about it.'

Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, 'Me and Nick.. talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We really love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.'

He then walked off with a group of people that didn't look familiar and when my friend called out to him he looked back at her but just kept walking. It was around 11 AM. Later on my friend told me that she spotted him in the Contemporary Museum of Art Sydney that same day.

From Jen & Sam: Me and my friends were walking through Sydney's Darling Harbour and totally freaked out when we saw JOE JONAS standing in Starbucks waiting for his coffee.. We walked into the store and approached him, asked for his autograph and he signed a napkin for us..

We wanted to ask for a photo but he was getting harassed by a lot of other people by that point. So we left happy with just getting to meet him.. It was amazing!

2, according to NY Post. The episode features Rachel, a 13-year-old from Manhattan Beach, California, who's on the show with her mother to discuss how she's treated her diabetes the past two years.

Jonas Brothers will be going to Australia early December 2009 and are locking in dates. The gigs are back to back in just 3 days and they will only be doing 3 dates on the East Coast, most likely Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne.

Joe dished to EW on being lucky not having to film in front of a live audience for JONAS. Joe: 'It's nice for us. We don't have to worry that every take will be messed up. We appreciate we can focus on the acting side of things.'

If there's a live audience there, there's a little more pressure to have your lines down, 'cause it's a little different, and it's filmed as if you filmed a Broadway show almost. [With our show,] if you mess up, you can go, 'OK, let's do it again.' You can have, like, 72 takes, and you're good.'

Joe was more focused on Camilla than the game and even bought her a Dodger hat so she could wear one too. I asked Nick for a picture and he was really happy to take one and when I called Joe over, he made eye contact with me and just ignored me.

Then he and Camilla kind of laughed. I was kind of surprised how rude he
was to the fans and how he ignored us and made fun of us while Nick and Kevin were so sweet. I'm not sure Camilla is good for Joe, she was mocking fans who just wanted a picture.

Nick Jonas Simple Wins contest open to those aged 6-18 with diabetes. Nick, who has type 1 diabetes and uses the Bayer CONTOUR meter, has taken steps to inspire young people with diabetes to achieve Simple Wins: small, everyday victories for managing diabetes that can lead to big differences over time.

Nick's Simple Wins are writing lyrics, performing and making music. Now he wants to encourage other young people with diabetes to share their creativity and their own personal Simple Wins through the Bayer 'Express Your Simple Win Creativity Contest.'

Nick: 'With this contest, I hope people are inspired by others' entries, as well as encouraged to submit and share their own, but most of all, I hope that everyone has fun with it. Diabetes can be hard to live with, but when you manage it well, you can still do the things you love most in the world.'

To enter, young people with diabetes between the ages of 6 and 18 are asked to record a 15-30 second video that demonstrates their Simple Win in an artistic way. The personal video submission can be a visual demonstration of original song lyrics, photography, painting/drawing, acting or another form of creativity.
